CMPNY ONE Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Karchowice (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) provides information about the Company and its brands, products and services on the website http://www.cmpnyone.com.
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
1. the administrator of the personal data collected via the online shop at http://www.protrailer24.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Store’) is CMPNY ONE Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Karchowice, NIP: 8971782400, REGON: 021865991, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000418405, initial capital amounting to PLN 5000; address: Bytomska 49, 42-674 Karchowice, e-mail: info@protrailer.pl , hereinafter referred to as the ‘Administrator’.
(2) Your personal data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law:
a.) Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1000 as amended) b.) Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204 as amended). c.) Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of active data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
d. The Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law (consolidated text OJ.2017.1907 as amended).
II. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
(1) The Administrator shall process your personal data solely for the purpose of:
a. to conclude and perform the sales contract;
b. to enable us to respond to your queries and comments;
c. for statistical purposes;
d. to research the Administrator's need for information regarding the products offered by the Administrator;
e. to monitor and improve the services provided by the Administrator;
f. to send marketing information (including newsletters)
g. provide your personal data to ING Bank ÅšlÄ…ski S.A. (‘Bank’) in connection with
- rendering services by the Bank to the Online Shop in relation to the provision of infrastructure for online payment processing (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 letter f) of the Regulation).
- in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of the agreements concluded with the Online Shop, in particular to ensure the protection of the interests of the payers in connection with their complaints (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
(2) If you use the method of delivery by post or courier, the Administrator will make your data available to the entity selected by him to provide transport services.
(3) If you use electronic payment or payment card payment, the Administrator will make your data available to the operator of these payments in the Shop.
(4) In relation to the processing of personal data, your personal data may be made available by the Online Store to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data ING Bank ÅšlÄ…ski S.A.
(5) The Administrator may process your data, such as: name, surname, name under which the business activity is conducted, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, business address, NIP, REGON, IP address.
6th Your provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data, indicated in the order form, in the Store, necessary to conclude a sales contract will result in the inability to conclude the contract.
(7) Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for a period in accordance with applicable regulations, taking into account the statute of limitations for claims and tax liabilities. Personal data for the processing of which you have given your consent will be stored until you withdraw your consent.
8. in relation to the processing of personal data by the Administrator, you are entitled to:
a. Access to the personal data provided;
b. the possibility of making corrections, additions, updates;
c. the right to control the processing of your personal data;
d. the right to make a written request to stop the processing of your personal data.
(9) The User shall have the right to inspect and amend his/her personal data at any time, as well as to request the Administrator to delete them immediately (‘right to forget’).

III. COOKIES
(1) The Administrator does not collect / collect any data automatically, except for those contained in cookies.
(2) Cookies are small text files sent by the online shop and stored on your computer containing certain information related to your use of the Store and the Administrator's website. Cookies are used by the Administrator in order to operate the Shop and provide you with interesting information and during the shopping process, e.g. in order to remember your purchases.
(3) Cookies used by the Administrator may be temporary or permanent. Temporary cookies are deleted when you close your browser, while permanent cookies are stored even after you have finished using the Shop and are used to store information such as your password or login, which makes using the Shop quicker and easier. In any case, you can block the installation of cookies or delete permanent cookies using the appropriate options of your Internet browser.
(4) In addition to cookies, the Administrator may also collect data customarily collected by web system administrators as part of the so-called logs or log files. The information contained in the logs may include, among other things, your IP address, type of platform and Internet browser, your Internet provider and the address of the page from which you entered the Shop. Certain pages within the Shop and other means of communication with you may contain so-called ‘web beacons’ (so-called electronic images). Web beacons allow us to receive information such as the IP address of the computer to which the page on which the web beacon has been posted has been loaded, the URL number of the page, the time the page was loaded, the type of browser, as well as information contained in cookies in order to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertisements. This data will be archived and used for statistical analysis and evaluation of the global traffic of Shop users. This data will not be combined with the personal data you provide.
(5) The Administrator uses cookies for statistical purposes, for the operation of the Store and for the proper execution of the purchasing process.
IV. FINAL PROVISIONS
(1) The Administrator undertakes to apply the necessary technical measures to ensure adequate protection of your personal data processed.
(2) This Privacy Policy is subject to change and its updated version will be posted in the Shop. You will be informed in advance of any material change to the Privacy Policy.
(3) The Administrator undertakes to comply with all applicable data protection laws.

(5) In matters not regulated by the Rules and Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant acts of Polish law, as well as European Union law, in particular RODO (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC) shall apply.
(6) Where your provision of personal data occurs for the purpose of entering into a contract with the Online Shop, your provision of personal data is a condition for entering into that contract. Providing personal data in this situation is voluntary, however, the consequence of failing to provide such data will be the inability to conclude a contract with the Online Shop.
(7) In the event that your personal data is forwarded to the Bank in connection with the processing and settlement of payments made by you to the Online Shop via the Internet using payment instruments, the provision of data is required for the purpose of processing the payment and forwarding a confirmation of its execution by the Bank to the Online Shop.
(8) In the event that your personal data is provided to the Bank in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of the agreements concluded with the Online Shop, in particular to ensure the protection of the interests of the payers in connection with their complaints, the provision of such data is required in order to enable the performance of the agreement concluded between the Online Shop and the Bank.
